1 ounce of loose leaf herb by weight.
Chamomile Flowers, Milky Oat Tops, Lemon Balm, and Skullcap.
Pour 8 oz fresh-boiled hot water over 1 tsp herb. Cover and let steep for 1 hour or longer. Strain out herbs and enjoy.
Not suitable for those who experience hypothyroidism. Use precaution if taking thyroid medications. Not to be taken during pregnancy or in combination with pharmaceutical sedatives.
