It's a soothing tonic blend that encourages peace, mindfulness, and relaxation. It supports all those areas where we typically hold our tension: in our nerves and digestion. Happiness is much easier to access when we're at ease within ourselves, when our jaws aren't clenched, and when we can find moments of mental rest within our busy days. Happy Place helps put some distance between what's going on in the world and our bodies, giving us greater access to in-the-moment perspective.
Happy Place helps lift the melancholy and focus on what matters most. Physically it reduces muscle spasms, eases a nervous stomach, lowers blood pressure, alleviates neuralgia pains, and restores and repairs the nervous system.
Size:
1 ounce of loose leaf herb by weight.
Ingredients:
Chamomile Flowers, Oat Straw, Lemon Balm, and Skullcap.
Instructions:
Pour 8 oz fresh-boiled hot water over 1 tsp herb. Cover and let steep for 1 hour or longer. Strain out herbs and enjoy.
Precautions:
Not suitable for those who experience hypothyroidism. Use precaution if taking thyroid medications. Not to be taken during pregnancy or in combination with pharmaceutical sedatives.
