Interpreting Your Labs

So you’ve gotten your annual blood work, but it looks like it’s been written in a foreign language. Not only do you not know what it means, you haven’t gotten a follow-up phone call from your physician or if you did, it was a rushed conversation in which you weren’t able to get your questions answered. I can’t be the only one who’s had this experience.

One of my absolute favorite workshops we’ve done inside Herbal Medicine for the Soul for our students was Interpreting Lab Work. I’m super excited to offer this class to you, so that you can gain a better understanding of what is being tested, why, and what you can do about your health before the numbers say they’re out of “normal” range. We’ll talk about what “normal” even means.

This workshop will be co-taught by my mentor and Iwilla Remedy’s Medical Educator, Dr. Denise Williams, M.D. and myself. Dr. Williams has been an emergency medicine physician for 30+ years.
