Postpartum Sitz Bath
Heals, soothes, cleanses and strengthens the vagina, perineum and anus. Reduces swelling, pain, discharge and bleeding. Antibacterial and antimicrobial for infection prevention.
Makes approx. 9 baths, one for each month of pregnancy.
Epsom Salt, Calendula, Comfrey, Lavender, Plantain, Red Raspberry, Shepherd’s Purse.
Steep ½ cup herb in fresh boiled water for 20+ minutes. Strain. Add to bath water. Fill tub to hip level. Soak for 20-30 minutes.
