Join me and learn foundations of making, preparing, storing and using your own herbal medicine skillfully and confidently! 

You’ll learn:

  • 3 ways to make medicinal strength tinctures with fresh and dried plants
  • The pros and cons of using alcohol, glycerine, and vinegar as solvents
  • Botanical extraction principles like solubility, kinetic energy, heat and time that help you make therapeutic grade tinctures in less time. No more waiting 6 weeks!
  • How to calculate herb-to-solvent ratios and solvent system percentages so that you extract your desired range of constituents
  • Tincture troubleshooting, so your tinctures don't grow mold, rust, or evaporate
  • The best way to blend tinctures and make custom formulas
