4 Reasons NOT to Change Your Diet

Tami and I have tried every diet under the sun. We’ve been all sorts of versions of vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian and “whatevertarian.” I often recommend dietary changes to clients if the modifications are aligned with their wellness goals and will help them heal faster and feel better.

This week I’m answering a question that came into the DM’s: “Can I eat meat and still be healthy?” While dietary decisions are wholly up to you, it’s important to consider if your diet provides you specifically with the nutrients you need and meets your constitutional and energetic demands.

In the video, I answer this person’s question directly and give you 4 questions to ask yourself if you’re considering a dietary change, specifically one that eliminates meat.

With joy,
Selima
