Availability + Hawthorn

Have you ever found yourself struggling to distinguish your intuition from the other voices in your head? It can be challenging to recognize that inner voice that's guiding you towards your true path. But the truth is, your intuition is always leading you towards relief and inner peace.

Think about it - when you're faced with a major decision, which option fills you with a sense of calm and serenity? Sure, it may not seem like the most logical choice, and there may be obstacles in your way, but deep down, you know it's the right decision for you.

Learning to trust your intuition takes practice, and the key to unlocking that spiritual knowing is through solitude. This isn't about being alone because you're exhausted or overwhelmed - it's about intentionally setting aside time for self-reflection and introspection. By doing so, you can start to recognize the patterns in your life and listen for your heart's guidance.

We often ask for help from a higher power, but how often do we take the time to listen for the answers? That's why the main course in today's Healing Prix Fixe is Availability. Whether it's through meditation, walking in nature, journaling, or taking a relaxing bath, make space in your life to receive the answers to the questions you're always asking. Make yourself available.

Remember that you have a powerful force within you that's always communicating with you. By spending time with yourself and tuning in to that inner voice, you'll not only gain clarity, but you'll also start to notice the subtle differences between your intuition and the other voices in your head. Guilt, shame, other people’s opinions of you, fear, and doubt can’t be trusted. They don’t deserve the mic. But your intuition is reliable and it will always guide you towards the path that's meant for you. Have faith that the journey will bring you to a place of peace and fulfillment.

Today’s herbal pairing with Availability is Hawthorn, one of nature’s most supportive herbs for the heart and cardiovascular system. Hawthorn repairs damaged heart tissue and blood vessels, regulates blood pressure, reduces cholesterol, improves circulation, normalizes arrhythmias and so much more.

In addition to all that, think about this: you know the habits we form to fill voids inside of us? Be it shopping, using relationships to avoid the pain of being alone, self-soothing with food, thinking money means security, or always being too busy? We all have a vice or a harmful habit that provides a fleeting balm for our hurts. Hawthorn helps us heal the hurt in our hearts. It mends the wound that created that emptiness, so that we’re not reaching to fill voids, rather welcoming in the love.
