You want to make sure you're learning the right skills, choosing the right community to learn and flourish in, and working with integrity. Bacterial vaginosis is the most common form of smelly vaginal discharge. Itā€™s caused by a shift in the vaginal microbiome. The ratio of beneficial to harmful bacteria shifts where you have less of the former, predominately lactobacillus species, and an overgrowth of the latter.Ā
