Herbal Travel Kit

If you are committed to your health and love to travel like my family does, then you too have probably found it a little challenging to stay on top of your routine while on the road. Whether you’re exploring a new city or a new country, it can be hard to be as disciplined as you are at home.

In this video, I’m sharing my recommendations for herbs and give you some herbal formulations I think you should include in your travel kit or toiletry bag while you travel, so that you stay healthy, keep your immunity up, have first aid supplies to handle any minor infections, and keep things moving digestively while you’re away.
