How to Heal Your Trauma

In this video we answer one question that was asked on IG:

🔺 What would one of the first steps you would recommend to start a my journey on emotional healing?

This is such a good question because emotional healing is the most important kind. It is at the center of our healing work. No matter how much we try to heal our bodies with different diets and workouts, if we don't heal the feels, we never truly heal.

I know this all too well. I tried to heal my body while avoiding the growing emptiness and anger that I felt inside, but it didn't work. It was not until I dove deeply into healing childhood trauma that not only did all of the physical pains go away, but the disconnection and isolation were replaced with more love, peace, and fulfillment than I could have ever imagined. 

In this video, we share the exact step-by-step process to embark on and flow through this courageous work. What we know for sure is that when you go through the door of healing your inner wounds, you come out feeling lighter, clearer, healthier, more whole and self-assured.
