Make Medicine for 2023

Last weekend I was going downhill. Tired, frustrated, stressed about what I can’t even remember (shows you how important it was), and then I felt that all too familiar pressure and congestion that said I was about to get a sinus infection.

Last time I had a sinus infection it lasted for 3 grueling weeks. I needed to rest, but the big question was do I need to be sick in order to slow down?

No, no, no. I told Tami how I was feeling, and she took things off my plate (I keep telling y’all, she’s the best) and I started my herbal protocol. Within 2 days I was back to myself. Whew.

Having my medicine ready was so key. I didn’t have to research, shop, blend, or wait because it was already in the pantry.

If the past few years have taught us one thing, it has damn near demanded us to prioritize and take responsibility for our health. This includes preparing for times when you’ll feel under the weather. If it doesn’t happen great, but if it does how empowered would you feel if your herbal medicine was already prepared!

In between the holiday shopping and gatherings, hopefully you’re also resting and reflecting. We are encouraging you to start the year with your home apothecary stocked with herbal medicine that will support you and your entire household.

In this video, are our popular herbal recipes and tutorials for immune, respiratory, and digestive system support. Add these accessible herbal ingredients to your holiday grocery list (they also make great homemade gifts) and while you recharge, take a few moments to prepare medicine that may last for all of 2023.

With joy,
Selima & Tami
