Reclaiming the Self Through Plant Medicine | Iwilla Remedy Interview | Herb'N Eden Podcast

I had the pleasure of sitting down for an interview with Terran Lewis of Herb'nEden on her podcast.

Terran is the co-founder of an amazing botanical body care line that's based here in Georgia.

I'm especially excited about sharing this video because Terran's another herb lover and entrepreneur, so we got to deeper than what typically happens in conversations with folks who aren't tree-huggers. 🌿 🤣

I hope you check it out. The conversation was a whole vibe where we chatted about:

- The gap between confidence and skill when you're starting your herbal business (or any new endeavor)

- Managing expectations when you're healing and what you'll feel in your body

- What traditional practices have always known about the body that modern science is finally exploring

- The meaning of Iwilla Remedy and why your business name is important

- What it takes to change who you are and why it's important to stay on top of your practices

- Learning how to trust plants with your trauma and with big life decisions

- My favorite herb for grief that grows all around us

- How our medical system unknowingly forces you to learn herbal medicine

- How to identify the emotional root causes of pain, illness, and disease

And so much more!

Whether you're in our community for guidance on how to heal or if you're an aspiring herbal practitioner/business owner, there's something for everyone in this video conversation!

With joy,
Selima
