Teachings From Tulsi

For the month of November students in our Herbal Medicine for the Soul community collectively worked with Holy Basil. We drank Tulsi infusions, did meditations with the plant, and in other words, worked with it daily and intentionally for 30 days. Well…it was not a walk in the park!

In this video, I talk about why working with the spiritual attributes of plants is more profound and transformative than the physical improvements we experience. Of course, I give you a rundown of the therapeutic attributes and benefits of Tulsi too. As an adaptogen and a superb herb for our nervous and digestive systems, Holy Basil is one herb you’ll definitely want in your home apothecary.
