What does 10 minutes mean to you?

What does 10 minutes mean to you?

10 minutes of silence to a parent of a toddler can feel like bliss.

10 minutes in traffic can feel like an eternity that puts you in a funk.

10 minutes of meditation in between meetings may feel like just enough of a reset to help you get through your day.

Or 10 minutes can simply feel like it’s not nearly enough time to get anything done.

You have so much that you’re obligated to do, so how do you find the time to focus on your interests and passions?

We all have 10 minutes in our day that we can choose to use more wisely.

We all have the same 24 hours in a day, but whether or not we make progress in the areas that are important to us depends on how well we steward our time.

And this involves so much more than developing better time management skills. It also involves tuning into our beliefs around time because if we feel time shortage, we likely feel scarcity in other areas of our lives.

In this video, which is a live CALYPSO Coaching session, Tami coaches you through time management and reframing your beliefs around time, because how you steward 10 minutes is the same way you’ll manage 100.

It’s all a matter of perspective. Watch this short video to shift your beliefs about time in a more helpful direction, so you can start doing more of the things you enjoy in your days, weeks, and months.

With joy,
Selima & Tami
