Directions:
Shake well before use. Adult suggested use is 1 dropperful 3 times per day or as needed. Child suggested use is 1/2 dropperful (about 15 drops) 3 times per day. Modify dosage as you need to. Keep away from kids. Store in cool, dark place.

Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla), Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare), Hawthorn Berry (Crataegus spp.), Peppermint (Mentha piperita), Grain alcohol (40-60%), Glycerin, Water.
