Ingredients:
Elder Flowers, Mullein Leaves, Rose Hips, Astragalus Root, Goldenrod, Marshmallow Root and Orange Peel
Instructions:
Pour 8 oz fresh-boiled hot water over 1 tsp herb. Cover and let steep for 1 hour or longer. Strain out herbs and enjoy.
Precautions:
This blend is not suitable to take when there is an acute bacterial or viral infection present. Not for use during pregnancy. Autoimmune conditions may be exacerbated by the use of Astragalus Root.
