The answer is “D”- information is key it’s needed so that it’s known what they are dealing with that includes all medications, aches pains any herbal remedies or tinctures that they maybe taking allergies to consider. i have also learned illness is not just physical, but emotional and spiritual, as well as trauma from past hurts and stress are big factors too. These bases need to be covered before going forward
