When developing an herbal formula, before throwing herbs in a pot, crossing your fingers and hoping for the best 🤞🏽 what information should you learn about the person who’ll consume your medicine?
A. Lifestyle, diet, emotional state, personality, work, capacity, rest, spiritual practices, and relationship dynamics
B. Their constitution, medical diagnoses, trauma, symptoms, surgeries, hospitalizations, and other therapies
C. Any medications, supplements, herbs, and vitamins they’re taking
D. All of the above Answers and explanations in the stories!

The answer is “D”- information is key it’s needed so that it’s known what they are dealing with that includes all medications, aches pains any herbal remedies or tinctures that they maybe taking allergies to consider. i have also learned illness is not just physical, but emotional and spiritual, as well as trauma from past hurts and stress are big factors too. These bases need to be covered before going forward
